Step 1: Intro and Agreement
You introduce BoardLink to a board, we handle the rest. No technical implementation required from your team.
Step 2: Setup
We provision board identities (President@, Treasurer@, etc.) and create the secure board workspace with appropriate access controls.
Step 3: Training
We train board members on using their email identities, accessing the workspace, and running board meetings - your team doesn't need to be involved.
Step 4: Live Use
Boards use BoardLink for their role tasks: email communication, document storage, meeting scheduling, and collaboration.
Step 5: Annual Handoff
We run a guided transition when the board changes: removing access for outgoing members, updating or provisioning new identities, and preserving historical records.
